CommunityWorks™ is MMCP’s resident-services division, designed to enhance asset stability, resident retention, and revenue. Deployed selectively at the property level, it turns housing into essential community infrastructure.

Services include licensed on-site childcare, employer workforce programs, resident education, and community partnerships.

The asset-level impact: reduced turnover and higher renewals, improved collections and lower vacancy volatility, and ancillary income from service fees, employer partnerships, and public/private programs. Higher NOI and lower risk expand exit optionality. All projections are asset-specific.
